UCHA Series Hanger Bearing Units.

 • UCHA series are screw conveyor hanger bearing units, assembled with UC insert bearing + HA cast iron hanger housing.  • It is suspended mounted to support the intermediate shaft of long screw conveyors.  • Self-aligning design, dual set screws lock onto shaft, fitted with grease nipple for re-lubrication.

• hanger bearing units are mounted inside the screw conveyor casing, suspended from the top cover.  • Positioned between segmented screw shafts, they provide intermediate support for long screw shafts to reduce shaft deflection and absorb vibration.

•  pillow block bearing units are mounted on the base at the discharge head end. • Installed at the outlet side, they withstand combined radial and thrust loads for grain screw conveyors.

•  take-up bearing units are installed at the tail section of the conveyor. • They compensate for thermal expansion and contraction and enable fine axial adjustment of the rotating shaft.

•  split bearing housings are fitted at the head and tail ends of heavy-duty screw conveyors. • Applied for high-capacity cement and lime bulk material systems under heavy-load operating conditions.

• and sets are assembled within the drive assembly. • They transmit rotary power to drive the rotation of the screw shaft.
