Advantages of Turbo Ceramic Ball Bearings
- Si3N4 silicon nitride ceramic balls
High hardness, high moisture resistance, wear resistance, low friction coefficient, low-temperature rise. The long-term use temperature can reach 1400ºC.
- Special metal cage
Special metal containing nickel is used to withstand high temperatures. Long-term use temperature up to 600ºC, instantaneous temperature up to 800ºC.
- PEEK + GF cage
It has the characteristics of high-temperature resistance and self-lubrication, and because of its lightweight, it has little influence on the vibration and dynamic balance caused by the rotation of the bearing, so it is very suitable for use at high speed.
Long-term use temperature up to 300ºC, limiting temperature up to 380ºC.
