Split Plummer Block Housing.

• SN500-SN600, SNU500-SNU600, SNG500-SNG600, SD3000 and SD3100 series are horizontally split plummer block bearing housings. • All split housings allow bearing replacement without removing the shaft, cutting machine downtime.

• SN & SNU series are commonly supplied as housing only, whereas SNG, SD3000 and SD3100 can be supplied either as bare housing or pre-assembled with bearings.

SN500-SN600
 

Classic economical split housing, 2-bolt base, for medium load, general industrial applications.

SNU500-SNU600

Upgraded universal SN type, interchangeable mounting dimensions, supports various seals, easy maintenance.

SNG500-SNG600

Heavy-duty reinforced cast housing, thicker wall, excellent shock resistance, ideal for dusty conveyor & mining equipment.

SD3000

Standard large split housing for spherical roller bearings. Compact body, suitable for heavy continuous load, grease or oil lubrication available.

SD3100

Wide-body large split housing. Wider base and longer housing than SD3000, higher stability, accommodates longer bearings, for heavy vibrating loads.

Conveyor Belt Drum Application. 

• Split plummer block housings for conveyor belt drums are not identical for all drum types. • Selection is based on load, drum size and environment. 

• SN/SNU are for medium-light pulleys; SNG/SD3000/SD3100 heavy-duty housings serve large drive pulleys. • The same housing model can be used on both drive and bend pulleys if dimensions and load capacity match.

Besides split plummer block housings and bearings, the drum assembly might requires a series of supporting components.

• : Used together with tapered bore spherical roller bearings for easy mounting and dismounting.

• : Labyrinth seals, felt seals or rubber contact seals are available to block dust and moisture, critical for mining and harsh environments.

• : Connect shaft and drum hubs for torque transmission on drive pulleys. 

• : Standard choice for most drive pulleys and large bend pulleys with SN, SNU, SNG and SD split housings. High radial load and shock load capacity, self-aligning to compensate shaft misalignment.

• : Only for small, light-duty bend pulleys. Lower load capacity, not suitable for heavy-load drive pulleys.
