Features high speed and low vibration.

Boasting composite tool capabilities including precision milling, boring, drilling and tapping, it comes with a multi-tool flying saucer-type ATC with fast tool change time.

Suitable for processing small and medium-sized boxes, covers, plates, shells, discs and other parts in mold manufacturing, automotive, instrumentation, light industry, electronics, aerospace and machinery manufacturing industries.

High machining efficiency: One-time workpiece clamping with 5-axis synchronous control enables vertical, horizontal and multi-degree-of-freedom machining in one go, plus high material removal rate and cutting feed rate.

X/Y/Z axes adopt heavy-duty linear guides (Z-axis with 4 rails & 10 sliders) for low friction and high rigidity, paired with high-speed/high-power spindle and robust structure for stable cutting.

GANTRY MACHINING CENTER WITH OVERHEAD CRANE

Equipped with an HSK-A63/20000rpm motorized spindle and a Φ650mm single-driven dual-DD cradle turntable, it features high speed, precision, compact structure and high-precision direct drive.

Boasting a 24-tool disc-type ATC (2.2-second tool change, 32-tool optional) and FEA-optimized five major components, it achieves enhanced rigidity and lightweight moving parts.
