DUAL 32 TOOL ATC

The dual-magazine design cuts tool-change time (enabling simultaneous storage/swapping) and supports flexible tool grouping (e.g., roughing/finishing), while the 32-tool capacity meets most processing needs. 

SHOULDER-MOUNTED TOOL MAGAZINE 
The shoulder-mounted tool magazine, column-installed for heavy-load compatibility, features double-wall rigidity and an FEA-optimized monoblock design, ensuring robust stability during high-intensity machining.

SPINDLE HEAD 
The spindle head boasts an oversized rigid section with triangular ribbing, paired with a 6-slide Z-axis, delivering exceptional structural stability and precision for heavy-duty machining operations.

BBT40/50 SPINDLE

The BBT40/50 short-nose spindle features taper-face dual contact for enhanced rigidity and precision. Its compact design reduces vibration/runout during high-speed/heavy-duty machining, ensuring dimensional accuracy and longer tool life.

TOOL MANAGEMENT
Tool management enables centralized control of tool data (e.g., per-tool speed limits) and offers clear interface visibility of tool pot status for quick retrieval.

TOOL SETTER
The tool setter features a quick calibration interface, supports multi-flute tool measurement, and enables tool wear/breakage detection for reliable machining.
