Installation, Debugging, Training, and Acceptance

Installation and Debugging
Once the machine tool arrives at the customer's factory, our service engineers will promptly visit the site for installation and debugging, as well as provide on-site training.

Training Options
The customer can choose to send their operators to our company for initial training for approximately one week. After this, during the installation and debugging at the customer's site, we will conduct further on-site training.

Acceptance
Accuracy Acceptance: According to the accuracy inspection sheet provided by the supplier, acceptance tests will be conducted for items that can be inspected under the customer's conditions.
For items that cannot be inspected on-site, such as positioning accuracy and spindle taper hole accuracy, testing will not be conducted at the customer's location. Instead, both parties may negotiate for the customer to send personnel to the supplier's factory for testing and acceptance.

4. What is your sample service?
We can supply the sample for testing which client want to produce or the spare parts.
