Type A roller chains are the most common type of roller chain, suitable for transmission systems with medium loads and low speeds, such as cranes, tractors, and mining machinery.

They feature thin outer plates and straight inner plates, making them suitable for unidirectional transmission and reverse motion transmission.

The A-series roller chains for transmission are renowned for their high strength and fatigue resistance.

Their dimensions fully comply with ANSI standards and can be assembled into single-row, double-row, and multi-row configurations to accommodate the power being transmitted and different installation spaces.
