Double-Column Moving Column Machining Center 

The machine for the column mobile processing center, the whole machine adopts moving columns, ensuring overall rigidity and compact structure, machine rigidity is good. Easy to dispose of scraps and drainage. Good precision retention can be used for precision cutting. Unlike lathe machinery, moving column machining centers can handle a wide variety of operations, ranging from a single tiny part to heavy and large milling operation tasks involving complex profiles and complex curves.

Spindle Type:BBT-50 

 The machine tool's overall layout features a synchronous gantry frame structure, with a fixed worktable and a movable gantry frame. Left and right columns and the bed are located on either side of the worktable. The gantry frame moves forward and backward along the X-axis, while the enveloping ram moves vertically along the slide plate in the Z direction. The slide plate and ram, together, move horizontally along the crossbeam in the Y direction.


 The spindle is driven by a 22-57kW high-torque AC servo motor, and the spindle speed is automatically controlled with a two-stage high-low gearbox. The gearbox lubricating oil temperature is controlled by an independent oil cooling device. The spindle is equipped with an automatic broaching device, which can release the tool hydraulically, tighten the disc spring, and detect the tool release and broaching, ensuring safety and reliability. The spindle adopts a BBT50 high-rigidity spindle, which has super strong cutting force.
