Q1. Are Yangsen a manufacturer? Where is the factory located? How to visit it?

A : Yangsen is the profession manufacturer. Our factory is located in Xiamen city, Fujian province, China. Yangsen CNC precision machine tool equipment manufacturing base covers a total area of 33,000 square meters and a total building capacity of 91,900 square meters. The production base of the second phase is expected to be put into use in June 2023. Welcome fly to Xiamen air port, we will pick you up. Online video factory inspection is also available.

Q2. Are you produce machine's specific parameters according to the samples?
A: Yes, we produce the machine as per confirmed technical drawings and or sample specifications. Usually one machine have different molds and fixtures like metal polishing machine,die casting machine.

Q3. What is your sample service?
A: We can supply the sample for testing which client want to produce or the spare parts. 

Q4. What is your MOQ of your machine?
A: Normally our MOQ is 1 set.

Q5. Do you test all your machine before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.

Q6: What's your delivery/lead time? 
A: Depends on the models size, spare parts and seasons. Regular models we are able finish in 15 days, for big size or particular models may extend to 3 months manufacturing period. Contact our sales for the details discussion. 

Q7: How about your after sales service? 
A:We will arrange our technical staffs to your factory to install machine and teach you how to operate it. During the current special period, we will offer all support online via video / zoom meeting. Before shipment, we will test machine from and then send all videos from installation to production for customers. Full set of manual and instruction in English will be sent with machine together.
